Yes, we encourage patients to try our products to see if they are right for them. Fill in this form and we will send you a free sample (UK only). After this, you can contact your stoma nurse or DAC to let them know you have sampled our product and wish to switch your prescription to StoCare/Ostoform, or purchase directly from us via Amazon if you prefer. Free samples are intended only for you to try the product, so we can’t send repeated free samples to the same patient.

Our offices and warehouse are based in Preston, in the North West of England. Our StoCare range is proudly manufactured in the United Kingdom. This means that our products don’t have to be shipped across the world to get to UK patients, helping to protect the environment by reducing CO2 emissions. We are unable to send samples outside of the UK.

What can StoCare Remove be used for?
Our medical adhesive remover range, StoCare Remove, is suitable for the removal of any medical appliances/adhesives on the skin for any purpose. This includes stoma bags, bandages, medical tape, plasters, dressings and more. This is particularly important to prevent MARSI and protect fragile skin, such as for very young or old patients. StoCare Remove is silicone-based and alcohol-free meaning it is non-sting, and bag-on-valve technology in our spray cans means it can be sprayed at any angle on any part of the body. Our StoCare Remove Wipes are perfect for removing the stubborn adhesive residue left behind.
What can StoCare Protect be used for?
Our barrier film range, StoCare Protect, is suitable for protecting and preparing skin for any type of medical appliance and wound care. It acts as a barrier against irritation from bodily fluids (to prevent MASD) and adhesives (to prevent MARSI). It also improves the adhesion of the next appliance. It can be used to prepare skin for wound dressing, application of adhesives such as medical tape and for incontinence devices. This is important to protect fragile or damaged skin, particularly for very young or old patients or those with otherwise vulnerable skin.
I'm struggling with my stoma, what should I do?
Although we are happy to help where we can, we are not able to give medical advice on a one-to-one basis, so we will always recommend that you get in contact with your stoma nurse or doctor if you are experiencing stoma problems, who will be able to offer help based on your individual circumstances. Although all the resources on our website are written alongside qualified medical professionals, they are for guidance and do not replace advice given by your healthcare advisors.
