Ordering free samples
We encourage patients to request any free samples of our stoma care products you would like to try. Please note we can only send free samples to UK addresses.
After this, you can let your DAC or stoma nurse know you have sampled our products and would like to switch your prescription to StoCare/Ostoform (or buy directly from us via our Amazon store if you prefer). We also welcome any product feedback.
Once we have received your order, we will aim to have it shipped to you within a week. Please note our warehouse is shut on weekends and bank holidays.
